Olympic Day run

Visakhapatnam: The Olympic Association, Visakhapatnam conducted the Olympic Run here on Friday to mark the international Olympic day. The run was flagged off by the president of the AP Volleyball Association PGVR Naidu. A large number of skaters, trainees of the SAI hostel, sportspersons and members of various sports associations participated along with Dronacharya award winner I Venkateswara Rao. The association felicitated former secretaries of the district basketball and ball badminton associations B Ramayya and R Venkata Rao for their service to the sports. Several medal winners at the National and international meets were also felicitated.
