Couple found murdered in Visakhapatnam

VISAKHAPATNAM: A couple was found murdered at an under-construction apartment near Saptagirinagar under Pendurthi police station limits in Vizag city on Monday.
Donkada Appa Rao (60) and Donkada Lakshmi (55) were found in a pool of blood with injuries on their heads.
Appa Rao was working as a watchman at the under-construction apartment site. Police suspect the couple were beaten to death with a stick.“We are yet to get a clue to identify the accused and establish the motive behind the murders. We have registered a case,” said Pendurthi inspector G Ashok Kumar. The bodies were shifted to a hospital for post-mortem.
