Bhavani Prasad shines as Chittoor beat Anantapur

Visakhapatnam: Opener P Bhavani Prasad scored an unbeaten 95 in Chittoor’s six-wicket win over Anantapur in the ACA South Zone U-23 inter-district tournament league match at the YSRR-ACA stadium, Kadapa on Monday. The match was restricted to 45-overs-a-side while the other match between Kadapa and Nellore was abandoned due to rain and wet outfield.
Brief scores: Anantapur 186 in 43.5 overs (B Yogananda 47, KS Rohith Roshan 39, P Arjun Tendulkar 35) lost to Chittoor 190/4 in 35 overs (P Bhavani Prasad 95, E Dharani Kumar Naidu 32, K Nikith Goud 29).Kadapa vs Nellore match abandoned due to rain.
