VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra University (AU) has agreed in-principle to assist all rural students appearing for online competitive exams.
“We have entered into an agreement with
IIT-Mumbai
to introduce training modules in all affiliated colleges and campus colleges. All students will benefit. As the chief nodal university of AP, we have also proposed to the state government that we will help create a training platform for all students deficient in online skills,” AU vice-chancellor

The VC said AU would cooperate in developing the training modules and reach out to the rural candidates. “Universities have the best data base of scholars, students and candidates. We have offered to provide all data to the state,” professor
