AP boys bag Natl jr handball title

Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh won the title after a gap of 37 years beating Rajasthan 35-30 in final of the National junior handball championship for boys in Vijayawada on Monday. Prasanth with eight goals and Lingappa (5) were the main scorers for AP.

M Ravikiran (66), Harshavardhan (47 batting) helped Andhra reach 115 for one after restricting Manipur to 145 at stumps in the CK Nayudu Elite Group A match in Puducherry.
