Physical test for SI recruitment at four centres

Vijayawada: State Level Police Recruitment Board chairman Atul Singh on Wednesday said the recruitment to the posts of SCT sub inspectors of police (civil) (men & women), and SCT reserve sub inspectors of police (APSP) (men) in the police department is progressing towards stage-II. Under this, physical measurement test and physical efficiency test for the qualified candidates will be held in four locations - Visakhapatnam, Eluru, Guntur, and Kurnool.Atul Singh said the candidates for preliminary written examination were declared on the information submitted by them without any verification. Hence, the participation of candidates in PMT/PET will depend on their production of all original certificates including SSC certificate, educational qualification certificate, and others which make them eligible for age relaxation or reservation. Singh said stage-II online application form will be available on the website “siprb.ap.gov.in” from 10.00 am on July 21 till 5.00 pm on August 3.
