Kodela Sivaram donated Rs 10 lakh to TTD healthcare scheme
Guntur: Senior TDP leader Dr Kodela Sivaram donated ₹10 lakh to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for its Sri Balaji Arogya Vara Prasadini healthcare scheme, which provides medical support to devotees and the needy. Dr Sivaram, managing director of Kiora Infra Construction, along with his family members, visited Tirumala and handed over the donation demand draft to TTD executive officer Muddada Ravichandra. Dr Sivaram was actively involved in several charitable and service activities in memory of his father, the late Kodela Sivaprasada Rao, a veteran political leader and former Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.Sivaprasada Rao, who was elected to the Assembly 6 times, was widely known as the "Palnadu Tiger" for his strong leadership and commitment to the development of the Palnadu region. He played a crucial role in the development of several parts of Palnadu, particularly the constituencies of Narasaraopet and Sattenapalli, where he was regarded as a leader synonymous with progress and welfare.Continuing that legacy, Dr Sivaram supported initiatives related to healthcare, education and social welfare, ensuring that the spirit of public service associated with his father continued to benefit people in the region and beyond.
