Vijayawada: The ACB court on Friday granted conditional bail to former APSBCL MD Vasudeva Reddy in connection with the AP liquor scam case. Vasudeva Reddy, who has been accused and arrested in the liquor scam case, was lodged in Guntur sub-jail. Granting the bail, the ACB court instructed Vasudeva Reddy to appear before the investigation officers on every second and fourth Monday, besides surrendering his passport and Rs 1 lakh as financial surety by two individuals. Subsequently, the ACB court adjourned the judgment on the regular bail petitions filed by three more accused, Dhanunjay Reddy, Balaji Govindappa and Krishnamohan Reddy, and posted the verdict to April 24. Further, the ACB court dismissed the bail petition filed by another accused, Pranay Prakash, in the liquor scam case.
