VARANASI: A 10-year-old boy, hailing from Bihar's
Sasaram
, was recovered by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at
Din Dayal Updhayay Junction
in Uttar Pradesh, on Friday.
Although Amit Sagar said that he was kidnapped and somehow managed to free himself from the clutches of kidnappers by boarding a train, his father
Anand Kumar said that he was missing since August 4.
According to RPF inspector,

, VC Mishra, "Acting upon an information that a kid has boarded Purushattam Express alone at Sasaram, we recovered him when the train arrived at platform number two. When we asked him, he told us that he lives in Adarsh Colony of Sasaram and was kidnapped and managed to flee."
The RPF handed over the kid to the childline and informed his father Anand kumar who is bank manager of Canara Bank at Sasaram. “The kid has been handed over to the father who told us that his child went missing from August 4 and they had lodged an FIR about the same,” said Mishra.
