NER conducts PET

VARANASI: NER recruitment cell, Gorakhpur, recently conducted physical efficiency test (PET) at the NER Stadium, Lahartara, for shortlisting male candidates under 'group D' category.
As per reports of the NER (Varanasi Division) office, a total of 3,000 invitations were sent to the male candidates and 662 candidates appeared in the test. A total of 220 candidates passed the test that included completion of 1,500-metre race in six minutes.The report of PET was sent to NER recruitment cell, Gorakhpur, the report said.
Elaborate security arrangements were made at NER Stadium for completing the test smoothly.
