Minor boy rapes teenage girl with help of his sister

A brother-sister duo, both minors, were picked up for questioning on Monday by Udaipur's Hiran Magri police in connection with the rape of a 15-year-old girl. The 16-year-old boy allegedly raped the teen with the help of his 15-year-old sister and made a video of the crime committed in August 2022.

UDAIPUR: A minor boy was detained on Tuesday for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl with the help of his sister in Hiran Magri area of Udaipur. Police have also detained his sister for her involvement in the crime.
According to Hiran Magri police SHO Ram Sumer Meena, the incident is of August 2022 but came to light only recently when the objectionable video went viral on social media.

The accused had made a video of the incident and he circulated it in the school social media group. When the victim's school mates saw the video on social platforms, they reported it to the school principal.
The principal called the girl's family members and informed them about the matter. The relatives of the victim lodged a case against the minor siblings at Hiran Magri police station.
As mentioned in the report, the victim studied in Class 10 in a private school. The victim and the two accused went to the same tuition class, where they became friends, but the victim refused to share her nude video with the accused boy when he sought it. Even his sister pressured the victim to send the nude video. After some time the siblings planned and called the accused to a room where the sister locked her in the room along with the minor boy. The accused then raped her and made a video.
Police have started investigation by registering a case under Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and also under the IT Act. On Tuesday, police recorded the statement of the victim before a judge in court.
