, the former principal secretary in his office, had not obtained permission to write the book. In a written reply given to

MLA, in the assembly, the chief minister gave a one line reply saying “permission was not obtained”.
In another written reply given to M Vincent, MLA, in the House, the chief minister said the government has not given any job to the husband of the gold smuggling accused
Swapna Suresh
in the K-FON project. She had claimed that her husband was given the manager post in K-FON by Sivasankar.
However, the chief minister pointed out that the government had no say in the appointment of Swapna in the Space Park project.
The project management unit PricewaterhouseCoopers was asked to appoint a resource person by the Kerala State IT Infrastructure Ltd. This company had provided the resource person in this project, he added.
But based on the complaint that this resource person had produced fake qualification certificates to secure the job, the Cantonment police have registered a case and the investigation is on. The government has also initiated steps to recover the salary and other benefits given to this resource person, he added.
