No probe against P Sasi, unless Anvar raises the allegations in writing: M V Govindan
T'puram: CPM state secretary M V Govindan on Thursday said the CPM would not probe the allegations against CM's political secretary P Sasi unless P V Anvar, MLA, gave the complaints in writing.Govindan said there was a certain system in the party for raising allegations. No action can be taken against anyone just because someone orally raised an allegation.A section of the media was creating news against the party and the govt. the MLA said. "They claim that the party was in crisis. But it's the media that cook up stories, ending up in crisis and loss of credibility," he said, adding that decisions in LDF were taken unanimously. The party secretary said the state police chief was competent enough to head the probe against ADGP M R Ajithkumar. "All the allegations against the ADGP will be probed. The govt will not protect any guilty people. An appropriate decision would be taken once the DGP submits the probe report," Govindan said. He also rubbished the media reports that the ADGP had called on an RSS national leader along with a relative of CM Pinarayi Vijayan.
