Homoeopathy had helped cure the disease very effectively in the past in Andhra but the Government there had ignored it now and was resorting to other systems of treatment, he said, adding a team of homoeopaths from Kerala were prepared to travel to Andhra to provide adequate treatment to the affected.
On Indian Medical Association''s remarks that homoeopathy could not cure epidemics like Dengue fever, he said the system of medicine had proved effective in the state during the past but the Government was ignoring its practice and allotting less funds compared to allopathy.
