THANE: The NCP has filed a public interest litigation with the Bombay High Court against the controversial approval of 400 proposals within 20 minutes by the TMC’s general body last month.
The announcement was made by NCP corporator and opposition leader Milind Patil at a press conference on Thursday. It may be recalled that nearly 392 proposals along with around 82 other that were included at the last minute were approved by the ruling
Shiv Sena within minutes in the GB held on May 20.
“We have approached the civic chief and even the CM, but no response forced us to approach the court,” said Patil.
