The ex-CM claimed that Centre had given Rs 56 crore for the hospital building and the equipment. Thakur said the work on the cancer hospital had been going on since the time of the previous BJP govt in the state. “All the ribbons cut by the chief minister and ministers of the Congress govt for the last two years are either the works of the former BJP govt in Himachal or the works of the central govt,” he said.
