43rd International Trade Fair 2024: CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu visits Himachal Pradesh pavilion

Shimla: CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Tuesday visited the Himachal Pradesh pavilion at the 43rd International Trade Fair in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

He visited all 16 stalls of the State Handicrafts and Handloom Corporation, self-help groups, Him-Ira and HPMC which showcased horticultural and farm products, honey, shawls, handicrafts, and woollens.

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has granted a reprieve to nine struggling HPTDC hotels, allowing them to operate until March 31, 2024. These hotels, initially slated for closure due to financial difficulties and unpaid staff dues, were given a lifeline after the court considered their revenue from restaurants and events. The court will review their performance in March.
