Names of Pala, Sangma approved as Cong LS candidates from Meghalaya

Shillong: A meeting of the screening committee of AICC under the chairmanship of Rana KP Singh held in Rajiv Bhawan, Guwahati on Monday approved the names of MLA from Gambegre assembly constituency, Garo Hills, Saleng Sangma and sitting Lok Sabha member from Shillong, Vincent Pala as party candidates for the Tura and Shillong parliamentary seats respectively for the parliamentary elections, reports Manosh Das.
