Woman gets brother murdered, held along with lover

RANCHI: A

woman

conspired with her boyfriend to get her brother killed after he came to know about the affair and objected to it, police said on Wednesday.


Police have nabbed the woman Neha (30), her boyfriend Md Gulfam (48) and one Amit Ram (18) in connection with the crime. The rod used to hit the victim, a scooty and three mobile phones have also been seized from the trio.

Police had found the body of one Md Prince near the Subernarekha river in Bada Ghaghra under Doranda police station area on August 18.

Investigations revealed that on August 17, Gulfam and Amit took Prince to spot on a scooty and hit him on the head with a rod. They then dumped his body near the river.
