PTR field director S R Natesha and Pawan Kumar, the zonal head of ICICI Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, signed the MoU. “It is a non-financial MoU. We will provide technical support and supervision," he said.
In 2025, PTR received camera traps from the Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) in a separate outreach program.
In the past, the bank had donated a wildlife rescue van to PTR. Under the new agreement, the ICIC Foundation will take up habitat restoration, creation of grasslands and efficient management of surface water. That apart, it will also explore avenues for school education of children in villages inside the reserve.
