Ranchi: Ajsu-P supremo Sudesh Mahto claimed that people and businessmen of the state have little hope from chief minister
Hemant Soren’s participation in the World Economic Forum in Davos stating that the way traders are getting threats from gangsters, no investor would come here.
Addressing the media at the party’s Milan Samaroh in Ranchi, he stated that it is meaningless to hope for investment in the state without improving the law and order.
He said that a youth businessman Kerav Gandhi has been kidnapped from Jamshedpur two weeks ago but police are unable to trace him. “Traders are getting extortion calls from gangsters almost daily. The state is becoming known for murders, extortions and kidnappings," Mahto claimed.
He also cited how children are being kidnapped continuously from the state for the past several years but the administration was sleeping over the issue.
"The CM is seen talking to businessmen and traders in foreign countries, however, what has been the result of the road shows conducted by him in metropolitans of the country in the past?,” he asked.
Meanwhile, several youths from different wards of Ranchi city joined Ajsu-P during the Milan Samaroh.
