Ranchi: The
Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has released the admit cards for students who would appear in the Classes X and XII board examinations on its website.
The written examinations are scheduled to be held from February 3 to 17, followed by practical and viva from February 24 to March 7.
The JAC, in a statement, said only the principals of the schools and colleges concerned can download the admit cards from the website, jac.jharkhand.gov.in, using their login credentials. Examinees would have to collect their admit cards from their respective institutions.
JAC directed the authorities of educational institutions to download the admit cards and distribute them among the candidates in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Entry into the examination centre would not be permitted without a valid admit card.
JAC secretary Jayant Mishra said, “All candidates should collect their admit cards, carefully verify the details mentioned on them, reach the examination centres in time, and strictly follow the prescribed guidelines.”
“Examinations would be held using a combined question-cum-answer booklet. Students would have to answer the multiple-choice questions in the booklet,” JAC said.
