Investigation Underway in Dumka After Man Found Hanging from Tree

Dumka: A man was found hanging from a tree near a tea stall in Dudhani locality of the city on Friday morning. The man, which was yet to be identified by the police till late in the evening, was in his thirties. Locals spotted the man hanging from the tree in the early hours of the morning.

On official from Town police station said, “Investigation into the matter is underway to ascertain whether the man committed suicide or was murdered and then hanged,". The body was then retrieved and sent to Phulo Jhano Medical College Hospital (PJMCH) for postmortem examination.
