Body found in Hazaribag reservoir

HAZARIBAG: A BA Part-II student of Markham College of Commerce was found dead in a reservoir here on Tuesday night. The dead was identified as Vikash Yadav.
Vikash's uncle, Dinesh Kumar Yadav, lodged an FIR with the Hazaribag Mufassil police station after he found his nephew's body floating on the Kesura Dam reservoir near Amritnagar. Dinesh said Vikash did not return home after he left home to look for his cattle in a nearby forest.
Following this, Dinesh and other members of the family started looking for Vikash. They later reported the matter to the police after they spotted Vikash's body. A team of policemen visited the spot and sent the body to Hazaribag Sadar hospital for post mortem. Vikash's body bore injuries in the eyes and face.
The officer-in-charge of the Mufassil police station said investigation was on to find out the cause of the murder.
