The mayor’s post of Ranchi Municipal and Medininagar and Adityapur municipal corporations was also bagged by BJP-supported candidates. That is a big achievement for us. But this is just the beginning. I urge all the elected ones to take inspiration from PM Modi and work tirelessly to bring societal change and develop the areas they represent,” state president Sahu said.
Ranchi Municipal Corporation mayor-elect Roshni Khalkho, who was backed by the BJP, extended her gratitude to the party leaders and said, “Only because of the party’s support and the blessing of the people of Ranchi, I could win the election. I will put all my effort into developing Ranchi in the days to come.”
