Driver dies in bus-truck collision

RAJKOT: One person was killed and three others got injured in a bus-truck collision on Kuvadava Road on Saturday night. Police identified the deceased as Dinesh Vasoa, 35, who was driver of the bus.
Police said the incident occurred when the bus tried to overtake another heavy vehicle and failed to see the truck coming from the opposite direction.
"The bus driver was killed on the spot.The injured identified as Ramesh Patel, 23, Rahul Upadhyaya, 18, and Jigar Shah, 38, were rushed to the Civil Hospital," said a police official.
