Devakumar breaks record at Inter-Services Weightlifting tourney

The 53rd Inter-Services Weightlifting Championship, which concluded at INS Valsura recently, saw weightlifter of international repute Havildar D Devakumar break his own record. Team Army Red emerged winners yet again and managed to retain their stronghold on the trophy for the 13th consecutive year, while Navy team stood runners up over Army Green, followed by Air Force finishing fourth.At the closing ceremony, Commodore AS Sethi, VSM, Commanding Officer, INS Valsura, congratulated the award winners and appreciated the spirit of the game.
