RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh said on Friday that Indian National Congress is fast vanishing off the map.
In an informal talk with reporters here, he said the grand old party is already on the endangered list. "By stalling the monsoon session of Parliament, Congress is venting its frustration of its repeated defeats in elections held during the last two years," he added. He said BJP was planning to organize a massive campaign across state to further expose Congress. Defending external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, chief minister said she has an unblemished track record in politics and Congress’ demand for her resignation is politically motivated.
Referring to reports on Rahul Gandhi's notes for his speech that were caught on camera, Singh said the Congress vice-president cannot speak without prepared notes. He said people have reposed their faith in BJP and they would continue to remain with BJP.
