Chief Justice inspects juvenile correction home in Bilaspur

Raipur: Chief justice of Chhattisgarh high court Ramesh Sinha conducted insection of the juvenile justice board, observation home, place of safety and ‘balika grih’ at Bilaspur. The chief Justice assessed each room, revealing his deep concern over the prevailing lack of proper hygiene standards. He also the issued directives to the concerned authorities, urging prompt repairs and renovation after examing building's condition whose structure;s date back to 1985. He also inspected the kitchen facilities, with an emphasis on the importance of maintaining cleanliness in such crucial areas. The Chief Justice extended his inspection to the children’s safety home and special home. He stressed that the same standards of cleanliness upheld there should be extended to the observation home. He also interacted with the children present at the facility and gauge the quality of medical care available. Bilaspur district Collector Sanjeev Kumar Jha and Bilaspur civic body commissioner Kunal Dudawat were were present during the inspection.
