The teacher Sunita Toppo had objected over shifting the stuff kept at school for preparation of polling as the school was serving as polling centre. According to information, she got into an argument with head master Bhisham Kumar Tripathiand went after him hitting him with her chappals.

The woman teacher allegedly used abusive words against Tripathi in front of students and he also shared a video that shows Toppo holding the chappals in her hand and warning him of beating him with it. She expressed displeasure over shifting the classroom material elsewhere.

Alleging of harassment for past few years by Toppo, head master said that she had been threatening him over something or the other, stating that she would implicate him in a false case.

The incident took place on Feb 15 at Dhanauli primary school when preparations for panchayat elections were going on, to convert the school into polling centre.

Tripathi reached out to Gaurela police station and district education officer and has submitted a complaint requesting action. He alleged that he had raised the complaint earlier also against the teacher’s behaviour but no appropriate action was taken.
