PUNE: It's not been the most propitious of years for the city. First there were the effects of the economic recession followed by the outbreak of H1N1 flu. Taking this into account, organisers of Pulotsav, the festival dedicated to the late writer PL Deshpande, have opted for humour as this year's theme.
In its seventh edition, the festival will begin on November 8 and go on till November 18 at various venues around the city.
