Giant Starkenn marks World Environement Day with cycle ride from Pune to Mumbai
PUNE:
The ‘Discovery Ride’ saw a participation of 50 people from the city.
Discovery Ride is a unique initiative by Giant Starkenn to promote a pollution-free environment. It is among the series of ride that is been organized by Giant Starkenn with the motto of letting people know their environment better.
So far the ride has witnessed riders from various age groups, ranging from 14 to 60, and covered a distance of more than 180km. The all-day long ride saw participation of people from multiple nationalities.
Commenting on the occasion, Pravin V Patil, managing director and chief executive officer of Giant Starkenn said, “We are overwhelmed to organize this kind initiative on World Environment Day. It reiterates our commitments towards the environment, and through this initiative we also want to promote
