Pune: Cadence Cricket Academy thumped Vision Cricket Academy by 10 wickets in the 1st Punit Balan-Kedar Jadhav Mega Club U-16 Championship on Thursday.
Omkar Bhagwat (63 no) and Parth Kamble (25) helped Cadence chase the 93-run target set by Vision CA after Arnav Agarwal had taken four wickets for Cadence.
In another match, Rajwardhan Shitole claimed five wickets for just 18 runs to help Yashvi Cricket Academy register an eight-wicket win over Brilliant CA.

Loyola, St Vincent’s in finals
Hosts Loyola and St Vincent’s High School will lock horns for the U-12, U-14 and U-16 titles in the Loyola football Cup at their ground in Pashan on Friday.
In the Under-12 semifinals, St Vincent’s HS defeated Vidya Bhavan 5-0. In the other semifinal, Loyola struck early via Anurag Parasnis (12th) to beat JN Petit HS 1-0.
In the U-14 category, Loyola put aside Vidya Valley 1-0 (Anay Dumbal 45th) while St Vincent’s had Deo Kamble (18th) score against Blue Ridge Public School.tnn
