Police get remand of Khemka murder accused

Patna: Police on Friday obtained a five-day remand of the two accused arrested in the murder case of prominent businessman Gopal Khemka. The accused, including shooter Umesh Rai and contract alloter Ashok Sah, underwent medical examinations at the PMCH, where both were declared fit. During the remand, the police will interrogate the accused for the next five days, to unravel more details in the case. Khemka was shot dead at the main gate of his apartment in the Gandhi Maidan area on July 4 night.
