Nurse mutilates drunk doctor's private parts with blade, escapes rape bid

PATNA: A doctor and his two staff members were arrested on Thursday for allegedly attempting to rape a nurse at a private clinic in the Musrigharari police station area of Samastipur.

The nurse, displaying courage, mutilated the doctor’s private part with a blade and escaped.

Sadar SDPO-1, Sanjay Kumar Pandey, said, “The incident took place at a physiotherapy clinic. The doctor and his two accomplices were under the influence of liquor. They tried to overpower the 25-year-old nurse, but she defended herself. In a moment of fear, she used a blade, locked the clinic from outside, and fled. She later contacted the police for help.”

Drunk driver sent for medical test, attacks doctor, nurse in hosp

A 25-year-old man from Ghaziabad was arrested for allegedly assaulting medical staff during a drink-and-drive examination. Ashutosh Garg attacked a ward boy, nurse, and doctor at the district hospital after being caught driving under the influence. An FIR has been lodged against him under several IPC sections for his actions.

Gym operator & nurse held for alleged rape of minor girl

Sangli police have detained a gym operator and a nurse following allegations of raping a 17-year-old girl. The complaint, filed by the girl's father, states that she was lured by the nurse and assaulted by the gym operator, who recorded the act to coerce her into silence. Investigations are ongoing.

Man & wife attempt suicide outside police station

A Nalasopara-based money-lender couple, Mohan and Geeta Gole, allegedly attempted suicide by consuming disinfectant outside Naigaon police station. This followed a complaint from their borrower, Subhash Utekar, who claimed they threatened him. The couple feared charges under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulations) Act. They are currently stable in a civic hospital.
