Nitish announces ₹2L ex gratia for victims

Patna: CM Nitish Kumar on Tuesday expressed grief over the death of kanwariyas in a road accident in Jharkhand's Deoghar district and announced an ex gratia of Rs 2 lakh each to the next of the kin of the deceased from Bihar. "The CM has expressed condolences over the casualties in the road accident that took place near the Jamuniya forest," a statement issued by the chief minister's office said.
