Man dies in Bhagalpur accident

Bhagalpur: A 27-year-old man died after his bike was knocked down by a speeding vehicle on NH-31 near toll plaza under Naugachia police station area in Bhagalpur district on Saturday night. The deceased was identified as Nilesh Kumar, son of Santosh Kumar of Choti Lagar village under Parbatta police station in Khagaria district. The deceased was reportedly a teacher in a Middle School at Harin Mar village under same police station. Police has recovered a leave application from his pocket. The body was sent to the sadar hospital for postmortem, the police said.
