IIM-Bodh Gaya team wins NTPC quiz contest
PATNA: The team of Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya, comprising Vipul Sehgal and Veeresh Singla clinched regional round of NTPC Electron Quiz 2018 conducted on the premises of Chandragupta Institute of Management-Patna (CIMP) on Friday.
While the team of Udbhav Singh and Nayan Ranjan (CIMP) bagged the second prize, the team of Tushar Shekhar and Priyavart (CIMP) emerged as third.
Two teams each from IIM, Bodh Gaya and CIMP and one team each from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri and Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi were selected on the basis of a written round.
The final round of quiz was audio visual round. K M Prashanth, additional GM (corporate communication, NTPC) and Sujit Varkey, additional GM (HR), NTPC conducted the quiz. Rakesh Prasad, general manager (HR), NTPC Eastern Region-1 HQ, Patna presented cheques for Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000 and Rs 10,000, respectively to the top three winners.

The top three teams will take part in the national finals to be held at NTPC Business School-cum-Power Management Institute (PMI) in Noida on September 18.
