DRDO exhibition in Motihari from April 15
Motihari: Chief engineer of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), New Delhi, B K Singh, said on Sunday that an exhibition showcasing DRDO models and products will be organised at the Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium complex in Motihari from April 15 to 18. The exhibition aims to inspire students, youth and the general public.Singh said the exhibition will feature various defence systems, including radars and missiles such as BrahMos, Prithvi and Agni. He expressed hope that the initiative would motivate the younger generation to pursue careers as DRDO scientists and contribute to national service.Radha Mohan Singh, MP and chairperson of the Lok Sabha Standing Committee on defence, said plans are being worked out to explore the possibility of permanently installing select DRDO models at the Shaurya Astambh Park on Hospital Road in Motihari in the future.
