magistrate (DM) Enayet Khan offered to adopt one daughter each of the two slain jawans from Bihar — Sanjay Kumar Sinha (Patna) and Ratan Kumar Thakur (

Bhagalpur

).


Khan said talks with the authorities were underway in this regard.

After observing two-minute silence at the collectorate as a mark of respect, the DM requested the officials present to donate their two days’ salary to support the bereaved families of the martyrs.
