will have six beds for patients aged between one month and 14 years. “As of now, we have six beds in neonatal ICU for one-day-old to one- month-old infants and six beds in paediatric surgical ICU for children who have undergone surgical procedures,” Dr Mandal said.Sources said the IGIMS management has also planned to increase the number of beds in the hospital’s eye department from 18 to 40.
