Patna: Ahead of the opposition parties’ third meeting in Mumbai, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MP Kunwar Danish Ali on Tuesday met chief minister Nitish Kumar. Kunwar, through a social media post, said they had discussion on various issues of national importance as well as working together for creating peaceful and harmonious atmosphere in the country.Though Ali called it a “courtesy call”, the meeting comes at a time when all efforts are being made to strengthen the opposition ‘INDIA’.Talking to TOI over the phone, Ali denied the meeting had any political agenda. “Both of us are from the same Janata pariwar. Nitish ji is an old friend and our senior leader and we have an old relationship. He has been to my house too. In fact, as a student activist, I had started from Janta Dal and had been its general secretary,” he said.Danish also said he was in Patna to attend a meeting.
