No muzzle, residents spar in lift over pet dog

NOIDA: Following the recent rise in dog-bite cases, the growing apprehension against pet dogs was highlighted in a video doing rounds on social media. In the video, a man is arguing with a woman over muzzling her pet dog while they are in a lift. The dog is leashed and under the owner’s control but its muzzle is seen hanging around its neck. The woman recording also points out the rise in dog attacks. The owner, though, is unsympathetic.

No complaints have been made in the matter. AOA member Manoj Prasad told TOI that due to the lack of regulations around muzzling of dogs inside lifts, this is becoming a common dispute.
