The company has sought 8–10 acres for the proposed unit.Senior officials of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) last week held discussions with company representatives, who later inspected industrial parks.
The meeting was chaired by YEIDA CEO RK Singh and attended by additional CEO SK Bhatia and other YEIDA officials. The official informed the authority that a formal investment proposal would be placed before the company's board for approval. After internal clearance, the company will initiate further discussions with YEIDA to finalise land allocation and other terms. The YEIDA CEO asked the company to submit a detailed project report outlining investment structure, production capacity, employment generation, and land requirements. Upon receipt of the proposal, the Authority will examine it and place it before the board and the state industry department for approvals as per policy.Following the meeting, the visiting delegation conducted a site visit of industrial park locations within the YEIDA region to assess available plots and infrastructure facilities. Officials said the proposed investment may contribute to industrial activity and employment generation in the Yamuna City area.
