Over 1,000 students graduate from YCCE

and principal Uday Waghe were present on the dais.

This was the third time the college was organizing a graduation ceremony. A 992 students, pursing undergraduate programmes, and 223 students of postgraduate programmes graduated on Friday. 32 students, who topped overall as well as in their respective branches, were conferred with gold, silver and bronze medals.

Akanksha Tyagi, graduated in information technology, was not only the topper in her branch but also the graduating batch. She was awarded a gold and two citations for her efforts. Pooja Jaiswal from electronics and telecommunications branch, and Shraddha Kathalkar from environmental engineering branch also received a gold each for topping all branches of engineering. Ashwim Sahu was awarded a citation for the most outstanding student of the BE batch.
