33 ACFs promoted as DFOs

Nagpur: The state government on Wednesday promoted 33 assistant conservators of forests (ACFs) as divisional forest officers (DFOs) in one go.
The list of officials was approved by the departmental promotion committee (DPC) on February 23. Accordingly, the orders were issued on Wednesday.
Those promoted have been posted at positions that were lying vacant for long. The list includes Nandkishore Kale, who was ACF with Pench and will now take over as DFO at state zoo authority under PCCF (Wildlife) at Nagpur.
The vacant post of deputy director (core) with sensitive Navegaon-Nagzira Tiger Reserve (NNTR) has also been filled. Uttam Sawant will join at NNTR. Sachin Repal will join Gorewada zoo project.
Similarly, Deepak Khade will replace SV Madbhushi at Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR). Pramod Panchbhai, who was ACF at PCCF (wildlife) office, will take over as DFO (Vigilance) at Amravati.
All those who have been promoted were directly posted as ACF after qualifying MPSC exam.
