Mysuru: Petitioner-complainant
Snehamayi Krishna on Saturday urged Lokayukta sleuths to quiz chief minister
Siddaramaiah based on a writ petition filed by the CM himself in the high court.
Krishna said he sent a letter to Lokayukta SP TJ Udesh, who is the investigating officer, through WhatsApp about the facts mentioned in the writ petition. Siddaramaiah himself claimed that about 19 sites in the disputed Kesare land were sold through sale deed by the Muda prior to his wife Parvathi receiving land through a gift deed in 2010.
Krishna told STOI that he would share the writ petition copy highlighting all the facts that are contrary to the claims being made by the CM to the Lokayukta SP on Monday. He urged the sleuths to question the CM based on those facts mentioned by him in the petition, so that the truth would come out.
