Mysuru: In the recently announced CBSE Class 10 examination results, students from city schools delivered an impressive performance. These institutions recorded a 100% pass rate, maintaining their consistent track record of academic excellence. A significant number of students not only secured high scores in academics but also distinguished themselves in extracurricular activities, reflecting well-rounded development.
Samriddhi Garg (97.6%), Aditi R Bambore and Shloka Shalit Kolat (97.2%), and Chinmayee K (97%) emerged as the toppers of NPS International School. According to the school authorities, 29 students scored above 90%, while 47 students scored above 85%. Students secured centum in English and social science, they informed.
According to school principal Akhila Dinesh, student performance showed further improvement this year compared with previous years. "Many of the toppers also excelled in extracurricular activities, participating and winning in various competitions and inter-school festivals. Some students even published research papers. Alongside these achievements, they performed exceptionally well in the examinations too," she said.
School principal Manju Sharma said all the students cleared the examination, while 23 students secured above 90. She stated that in AI, financial marketing, and management subjects, many students scored centum. "Students performed very well in all the core subjects too," she said.
Meanwhile, students of Delhi Public School in the city cleared the grade 10 AISSE examination with impressive results. Syeda Zoya Mariam emerged as the school topper with 98.2%, followed by Kaashvi Ojha in second place with 97.6%. Shriya Purushothama secured the third position, scoring 96.8%.
Excel Public School principal Mathew KG said the institution's students once again demonstrated excellence in both academics and extracurricular activities. He noted that, apart from securing high scores, students actively participated and excelled in various projects and co-curricular pursuits. "Our students have been performing consistently well. They are achieving these results without relying on private tuition. They are true all-rounders," he said.
According to school authorities, Vishanth Muthanegere Vivekananda emerged as the school topper with 99%. Amritha Biligiri Prashanth secured the second position with 98.4%, while Aahana A Vasan and Ashrit AA jointly shared the third rank, each scoring 98%.
JSS Public School, JP Nagar, students also excelled in the exams. According to the school principal, Archana SN, out of 90 students who appeared for the examination, 70 students secured distinction. "Our students demonstrated excellence in both academic and extracurricular activities. 29 scored above 90%, bringing laurels to the school with their outstanding performance," she said.
Chaithanya Mahesh is the school topper with 99.6%. With 97.8%, Shravya M secured second position, while Hasini Shamanth secured third position with 96.4%.
Christ Public School, BEML Layout, Bogadi, students also excelled in the examination. Aarushi M (98%), Likhith S Devang (97.6%), and Sukruthi V (97.4%) emerged as the school toppers. Also, 19 students secured above 95%, while 38 students scored between 90% and 95%. A total of 132 students secured distinction. In information technology (IT), 39 students and in social science, three students scored centum. The management, principal and staff extend their congratulations to students and their parents on this outstanding achievement.
