Mysuru: Krishnaraja MLA SA Ramadas on Saturday visited the residences of two students who returned from Ukraine.
The former minister interacted with them and asked them about the challenges they faced in Ukraine. Ramadas visited Mukund, a resident of TK Layout, and Priyanka Gurumallesh, a resident of Srirampura.
Mukund told Ramadas that Indian officials responded to their calls and ensured his well-being till he reached home.

“The government ensured good food and made staying arrangements. I thank the Government of India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for all this support,” he said.
Ramadas said over 18,000 Indians were stuck in Ukraine and the government of India is working hard to bring all of them safely to India. “Already over 10,000 Indians have returned safely,” he said.
