Fish shop theft solved

Mysuru: City police have solved the burglary case of an aquarium fish shop on Pulikeshi Road within two weeks of the office by arresting one of its employees and a former employee. Police commissioner Banoth said the shop’s owner Amjad Pasha had filed a complaint with Mandi police stating that Rs 11.5 lakh kept in the shop was burgled on August 27. Police said an employee had teamed up with a former employee and burgled the shop by opening the rolling shutter. Police arrested them both and recovered Rs 9.2 lakh from them. TNN
